Cast Member Safety

• The safety of our Cast Members is very important to us. If at any time, a Cast Member feels unsafe at an event due to a guest’s behavior, we have the right to remove a guest from the event without warning. Unsafe circumstances include but are not limited to: sexual or otherwise physical harassment, failure to comply with COVID-19 protocol, racism directed toward our staff or any guest, or other such circumstances.

• At every event, we send an Assistant with our characters to help maintain their safety as well as take photos and assist the characters during the event. Our Assistants are happy to answer any questions you may have during the event. Please refrain from asking Performers questions about pricing or other company related issues, or personal questions. Our Assistants can answer these questions for you.

COVID-19 Protocol (subject to change at any time)

• Masks are required for all adults attending our events. Masks may be removed when seated at your designated table only while eating or drinking. Masks are suggested for children who are able to wear one.

• Physical contact between children and our performers in the form of hugs, hi-fives and lap sitting are still permitted. Performers will only initiate hugs from children with parental permission.

• If you or any member of your party are not feeling well or are experiencing symptoms of or test positive for COVID-19, we ask that they stay home and do not attend the event. Individual tickets will not be refunded, but can be transferred to another person/family.

• In the case of the event being postponed or canceled, we will issue refunds where necessary.
